Diane Littlejohn is the managing partner and principal of Littlejohn Law Offices. Ms. Littlejohn is an attorney- mediator certified as a North Carolina Superior Court mediator. She earned her J.D. from North Carolina Central University School of Law in Durham, NC in 2010 with a certificate in Dispute Resolution. Ms. Littlejohn is specially-trained in resolving disputes without litigation, saving all parties involved time and expense. She has worked in numerous legal positions, including participating in district court mediations at the Wake County Courthouse, clerking for a North Carolina Supreme Court justice, and as an intern for the NC Department of Labor.
While at North Carolina Central University, Ms. Littlejohn served as a staff editor on the NCCU Law Review as well as a senior editor on the Southern Region Black Law Students Association Law Journal (SRBLSA). In addition, Ms. Littlejohn published a legal article in the SRBLSA Law Journal concerning presidential security.
Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Ms. Littlejohn earned her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism at the University of Nebraska-Omaha in 2003. Prior to law school, Ms. Littlejohn worked in several positions as a journalist or writer, including working as a technical writer for major health insurance company.
